My family and I had the priviledge of travelling through Delhi, Agra, Hariduwar and Jaipur in 2010 with indiaprivatedriver.com. The service from the outset was impeccable. Bunty answered my e-mails promptly and professionally, offering suggestions so to make our itinerary practical and get the most of our holiday in India. We travelled in a group of 5 with 2 young boys and our driver Avatar was very mindful of this, making stops and enquiring about children's well-being at all times. He had waited for approx 3hrs in Delhi winter as our flight from Mumbai had been delayed. His English was very good and was a fountain of knowledge when it came to local customs, good restaurants, bargaining, being wary of security and unsavoury characters to avoid. On long journeys, Avatar was excellent by pointing out places of interest, local cultures and interesting people. His good sense of humour made tiring journeys worthwhile. Avatar was especially kind when my 7 year old became nauseous and car sick en route to Hariduwar on a 6.5 hr journey. His compassion and understanding was appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Bunty and his team for travel and tour needs when in India. Their professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness in this business is notable and highly commendable. My husband and I and a couple of friends were in India in December. We used Bunty’s services for the first leg of our trip – Delhi, Agra, Jaipur. From the time we were picked up from our hotel, we felt safe and appreciated having someone accompanying us on our trip. Mukesh, our driver was friendly, funny and very personable. Driving in India is crazy mayhem, but we always felt safe with Mukesh behind the wheel! We would highly recommend booking a trip with Bunty and his company.
