Does not include:
Economy cars: For tours of 1 to 3 people we use Maruti Swift Dzire and Toyota Etios cars.
SUV/MUV cars: For tours of 3 to 5 people we use Maruti Ertiga and Toyota Cresta cars.
Vans: For tours of 5 to 8 people we use Tempo Traveller vans.
In addition to Car + Driver (as described above), many of our guests prefer that we also arrange their hotel accommodations. Most prefer to stay in economy rooms (see below), which are neat & clean, with AC, TV, private bath with western style toilet, and a hot water geyser.
All tours offer 3 different accommodation options: economy, heritage and premium levels.
Economy: Comfortable and clean, approximately 2 stars.
Heritage: Experience the real India of old, staying in havelis (mansions) and former palaces. Approximately 3 stars.
Premium: A superior level of accommodation in upmarket hotels and former palaces. Approximately 4-5 stars.
All accommodation options include free breakfast (if the hotels are booked by us).

Advance payment is required for most train and airline reservations, because most are non-refundable purchases.
We do not require a deposit for our Car + Driver option (unless the tour is to start from a city other than Delhi). For our Car + Driver + Hotels option, our deposit requirements are based on accommodation prices: We require 10% on economy packages, 20% on heritage packages, 50% premium packages.
Deposit must be paid prior to commencement of your tour, the remaining balance can be paid at any time before the end of your tour. Driver's tip should be paid directly to your driver.
We require advance payment for non-refundable train and airline bookings, as well as some special arrangements.
Refunds: we endeavour to refund deposits where prior refundable hotels bookings are made. However some hotels in our premium package require full payment at the time of booking and do not give refunds for late cancellations.
We recommend all our guests take out private travel insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances which require total cancellation.
